The assets of Fostec Inc. (Auburn, NY), a supplier of illumination products, were purchased by Schott-CML Fiberoptics LLC (Marlboro, MA), which renamed itself Schott-Fostec LLC. The former Fostec Inc. now becomes the Fostec Division of Schott-Fostec LLC.
