Laser sensor focuses to 0.25 mm

The PicoDot is a Class II convergent laser sensor that features a convergent point size of 0.25 mm at its focal distance. With a sensing distance of 2 to 4.5 in. and a focal distance of 4 in., the device uses fixed-field sensing technology to ensure that any object beyond the maximum sensing distance is ignored. PicoDot also features a sensor response time of 0.2 ms, allowing it to be used in high-speed applications such as semiconductor lead or pin counting. The device operates from 10 to 3
