Expanding on its line of Sweep monochromeindustrial line scan cameras, JAI has launched the SW-2000M-CXP-80—a line scan camera that is capable of achieving up to an 80 kHz line rate with longer cable lengths than the original Camera Link version. The camera features a 2048 x 1 CMOS image sensor with a 20 µm pixel size, a scalable resolution with region of interest mode, and two operation modes (high dynamic range mode and responsive mode.) In addition, the CoaXPress interface features 8/10/12-bit output, an Ethernet port for remote control, flat field correction, binning, and reversed readout. The SW-2000M-CXP-80 camera—which is GenICam compliant and features a software development kit—is suitable for use in such applications as web inspection, wafer inspection, semiconductor and electronics inspection, and print inspection.
