Camera Link translator enables use of Camera Link cameras with HD-SDI products
New from Vivid Engineering is the CLT-371 Camera Link Translator, which converts Camera Link to HD-SDI, thus enabling the use of Camera Link cameras with HD-SDI products such as monitors and recorders. The CLT-371 works with most color or monochrome base configuration cameras, and the HD-SDI output is either 1920 x 1080 or 1280 x 720. Features of the new product include automatic frame rate adaption, Bayer white balance correction, camera synchronization support, and an RS-232 port for camera set-up and control. Additionally, the CLT-371 also supports conversion to HDMI or DVI via an external adapter.
