Embedded computer from Connect Tech harnesses power of NVIDIA Jetson TX1
New to the Connect Tech line of VPX products is the GraphiteVPX/CPU-TX1, which is a VITA 65 compliant 3U VPX single board computer that brings the NVIDA Jetson TX1embedded computing platform to the VPX form factor. The computer delivers more than a teraflop of performance and features up to two USB 3.0 ports and USB 2.0 ports, two 10/100/1000 BASE-T ports, six MIPI CSI 2.0 camera interfaces, and an onboard PCIe Gen 3.0 switch which supports two x4 interfaces, providing two additional ports on the backplane. NVIDIA’s Jetson TX1 is a supercomputer on a module that features the new Maxwell architecture, 256 NVIDA CUDA cores, 64-bit CPUs, and the latest technology for deep learning, computer vision, GPU computing, and graphics.
