Teledyne TapTone will display its TotalVu vision inspection system—which is designed to be configured with up to four smart cameras—at Pack Expo 2013. The system enables a variety of inspection applications, include label inspection, closure inspection, and fill level inspection. TotalVu is available as a monochromatic or with color CCDimage sensor with a choice of an embedded system controller on a PC platform interface or remote access via Ethernet on any PC. Features of the system include support of 240-1280 dpi resolution, inspection speeds up to 2,000 fps, NEMA 4X, IP67 stainless steel enclosure, and the logging and tracking of the date/time history of rejections.
