Valerie Bolhouse worked as a staff technical specialist in machine vision with the Advanced Manufacturing Group at Ford Motor Company. For many years she has provided instruction on machine vision to small groups and classes, and now to a worldwide audience. She has a B.S. in electrical engineering from the General Motors Institute and an M.S. in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Michigan.
