High-speed camera features 512 x 348 resolution
With record rates from 30 to 2000 frames/s continuous recording, the HG Imager can store digital images in Bayer or 24-bit TIFF format onto a PCMCIA hard drive or solid-state memory card. The camera`s one-button record and autoexposure features reduce the imaging process to a single TTL or contact closure. As a replacement for film cameras in harsh environments, the HG Imager`s housing mounts easily onto an impact sled, crash-test vehicle, or the wing of an aircraft. By attaching a video recorder to the rear of the camera, images can be captured and stores to S-VHS tape. For remote-control communication and image transfer, the HG Imager`s 100-Mbit/s Ethernet communication provides PC-based control. Other features include a resolution of 512 x 384 pixels in 24-bit color, square 16 x 16-μm pixels, and an antiblooming control.
