Line scan cameras with NBASE-T interface from e2v to be shown at Automate

e2v will showcase line scan cameras with a frame grabber-less NBASE-T interface at Automate 2017. Cameras form the company’s UNiiQA+ and ELiiXA+ line scan families will be available with an NBASE-T Ethernet interface that enables users to transmit uncompressed, high-bandwidth images from the cameras into their systems at high speed.

e2v will showcase line scan cameraswith a frame grabber-less NBASE-T interface at Automate 2017. Cameras form the company’s UNiiQA+ and ELiiXA+ line scan families will be available with an NBASE-T Ethernet interface that enables users to transmit uncompressed, high-bandwidth images from the cameras into their systems at high speed. The cameras reach speeds of up to 5 Gbps over Cat5 cable and 10 Gbps over Cat6 at 100 meters+ distances. UNiiQA+ and ELiiXA+ color models feature 2k (10 µm) and 4k (5 µm) models and feature max line rates of 100kHz and 50kHz, with the UNiiQA+ models using a single line and the ELiiXA+ models using a quad line. UNiiQA+ and ELiiXA+ monochrome models feature 2k x 1, 4k x 1, 2k x 4, and 4k x 4 models with max line rates of 140 kHz.
